Aplikace metod technické diagnostiky na vybraných zařízeních

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the diagnostics of vibrations and thermographic diagnostics of selected devices used for limestone processing. The theoretical part deals with description of vibrodiagnostics, description of sensors, choice of suitable measuring points and description of thermodiagnostics. The practical part deals with used measuring instruments, monitoring and evaluation of monitored parameters. Then follows the measurement of selected machinery, which was measured in operation Kotouč Štramberk - LB Cemix, s.r.o. For each measurement, it is written which equipment is concerned, the speed and power of the electric motor, a table of measured values, thermographic images and an evaluation of the technical condition of the machinery. Finally, the overall evaluation of the measurement is written.
