This diploma work deals with development of process fluids, which our company would use for the mechanical machining of aluminum. In the introduction the problems of process fluids are characterized, their use and an overview of drilling tools. The experiment procedure of machining aluminum is described in the main part. Furthermore, the procedure for assessment of process liquids and experiment execution has been proposed. In the last part there is an evaluation of drilled areas and economic and technological assessment.
