Racionalizace opracování vedení navíjecích zařízení na stroji FUQ 150 CNC

Abstract

Ostrava: Department of Machining and Assembly, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava, 2009, 50 p. The study solves the problem rationalization of winding equipment slide in Vítkovice Gearworks company. The objective is to select new mill and reduce costs of rough milling. The study contains overview of cutting materials. Solution to this problem arise from antecedent solution. Two new tools with cemented carbide inserts have been tested. For both tools was recommended cutting conditions and calculation the cost of the roughing. The more economical tool is selected and time and financial savings are evaluated.
