Územní studie lokality BI4 v Choryni

Abstract

VAVŘÍKOVÁ, Martina, The Urban Study of BI4 locality in Choryně, VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Municipal Engineering, Ostrava 2017, 54 p. The aim of Bachelor thesis is to design the most suitable use of BI4 location in Choryně. The place is deteremined by the Urban plan Choryně for construction of individual housing. The Urban study resolve the design of suitable arrangement of the family houses, the public street space and the design of arrangement spaces for the public and public greenery. In this Bachelor thesis are solved two variants of use space. For one of them is made detailed solution of the transport and technical infrastructure, the public space and the approximate calculation of the investment costs.
