Územní studie lokality BI4 v Choryni

Abstract

VAVŘÍKOVÁ, Martina, Územní studie lokality BI4 v Choryni, VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra městského inženýrství, Ostrava 2017, 54 s. Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout nejvhodnějšího využití lokality BI4 v Choryni, určené Územním plánem Choryně pro výstavbu individuálního bydlení. Územní studie řeší návrh vhodného uspořádání zástavby rodinnými domy, veřejného uličního prostoru, dále návrh uspořádání ploch pro veřejnost a veřejnou zeleň. V práci jsou navrženy dvě varianty řešení využití území, z nichž pro vhodnější variantu je zpracováno podrobnější řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury, veřejného prostranství a orientačního propočtu investičních nákladů.

The aim of Bachelor thesis is to design the most suitable use of BI4 location in Choryně. The place is deteremined by the Urban plan Choryně for construction of individual housing. The Urban study resolve the design of suitable arrangement of the family houses, the public street space and the design of arrangement spaces for the public and public greenery. In this Bachelor thesis are solved two variants of use space. For one of them is made detailed solution of the transport and technical infrastructure, the public space and the approximate calculation of the investment costs.
