Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis “Employee Benefits and Informal Valuation” is to determinate the level of the information and orientation in the area of employee benefits, their ability to be used, real usage and preferences (which are on the top position of the chart, on its bottom, and other suggested preferences). Then the bachelor thesis analyses the height of the maximum amount, which are employees willing to pay for the cost ticket and food stamp in their nominal value of CZK 60. The bachelor thesis also investigates the level of informal valuation.
The text itself is divided in two main parts. First theoretical part deals with theoretical concepts connected to application section, where the questionnaire survey - made in Czech Railways, joint stock company, in entity Regional detachment of Ostrava economics - is implemented.
Particular suggestions and recommendations are placed at the end. They have a practical asset for the company management and should lead to an improvement of the situation in the area of employee benefits and informal valuation.
