Abstract

The objective of the diploma thesis is to accomplish company's evaluation with the purpose of determination the value of ZK Design, Inc. for the needs of owners and management.

The diploma thesis includes theoretical-methodological part which is dedicated to theoretical resources and methodological implements for the company's evaluation.

This part serves as a resource for the implementation of selected methods and realization of the company's evaluation in the second part of diploma thesis. The financial analysis evaluating financial health of the company is undertaken with the purpose of acquiring the objective image of the evaluated company.

The conclusion is dedicated to the synthesis of the accomplished analyses with the objective to assess the value of the company.
