| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je provést ocenění podniku za účelem stanovení hodnoty společnosti ZK Design, a. s. pro potřeby vlastníků a managementu. Diplomová práce obsahuje část teoreticko-metodologickou, která je věnována teoretickým východiskům a metodickým nástrojům k oceňování podniku. Tato část slouží jako východisko pro aplikaci vybraných metod a provedení ocenění podniku v druhé části diplomové práce. Za účelem získání objektivního obrazu oceňovaného podniku, je provedena finanční analýza hodnotící finanční zdraví podniku. Poslední část práce je věnována syntéze provedených analýz s cílem určení hodnoty podniku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of the diploma thesis is to accomplish company's evaluation with the purpose of determination the value of ZK Design, Inc. for the needs of owners and management. The diploma thesis includes theoretical-methodological part which is dedicated to theoretical resources and methodological implements for the company's evaluation. This part serves as a resource for the implementation of selected methods and realization of the company's evaluation in the second part of diploma thesis. The financial analysis evaluating financial health of the company is undertaken with the purpose of acquiring the objective image of the evaluated company. The conclusion is dedicated to the synthesis of the accomplished analyses with the objective to assess the value of the company. | en |
