Abstract

The aim of my dissertation was measurement of customers´ satisfaction with life insurance. Rise of classical flagship branches which Životní pojišťovna ING do not dispose of is a fundamental suggestion. These branches could help to win new customers, who have not become the clients of Životní pojišťovna ING just due to absent of these branches.
