Racionalizace obrábění bubnu lodního vrátku pro offshore aplikace

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis is dealing with suggestion of optimal instruments a cutting conditions during machining of drums of ship winches, which are then completed into whole ship winch devices, that are used for offshore applications. I was resoving this issue in firm MOSTÁRNA Lískove, spol. s.r.o. in Ostrava. This work consist of four parts. First part deals with theoretical analysis of suitable instruments, machines and technologies for machining of drum. Second part deals with analysis of current technology and issue. Third part is racionalization and suggest of new technology. Last fourth part of Bachelor thesis focuses on evaluation of assumed costs and savings of new technology and comparison of new and current technology.
