Optimalizace informačního a řídicího systému údržby

Abstract

The thesis deals with the optimization of the information and control system of maintenance. The aim of the diploma thesis is in the first part to analyze the internal environment of the company, to find problems or shortcomings in the field of maintenance system and to propose measures that eliminate problems or shortcomings. Problems related to the high frequency of failures in the production equipment and the absence of a visually processed lubrication plan were found in the diploma thesis. The individual problems are analyzed in detail and corrective measures are proposed. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the solved problems and the benefits of the diploma thesis for the company.
