This bachelor thesis deals of comparing results measurement shift, deformation and stress by ESPI method (Electronic Specie Pattern Interferometry) and calculation by FEM (Finite Element Method) on selected practical applications. First was make verification, whether submitted FEM and ESPI method similar results. In all chapters mingle FEM and ESPI method. At selected tasks was added analytical solution, eventually measurement by laser profilometer. Shown are the possibilities of using ESPI method for assessment elastic constants of material, and not as a substitute extensor, or directly to real components, which was used directly for determinate of Hot Spots of Motorcycle Structural Part. All numerical calculation was making by FEM in program Ansys Workbench 15.0.
