dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem poháněné válečkové tratě pro dopravu a manipulaci se svitky drátů dle zadaných podmínek. Rešerše obsahuje rozdělení válečkových tratí. Podle zadaných parametrů, a to kadenci dopravy jednoho svitku za 3 minuty a délkou dopravní linky 11 200 mm. V další části je proveden návrh a výpočet konstrukčních částí zařízení. Výkresová dokumentace je zpracována v 3D programu Autodesk Inventor 2014. Konstrukční a pevnostní výpočty jsou zpracovány dle uvedené literaturycs
dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis deals with the construction design of a powered roller track for transport and manipulation with coil wires based on the assigned conditions. The research includes the division of roller tracks according to the given parameters, which are the speed of the transport of one coil being 3 minutes and the length of the transport line 11 200 mm. The subsequent part contains the design and calculation of the structural parts of the apparatus. The design documentation is processed in a 3D programme Autodesk Inventor 2014. The structural and strength calculations are processed according to the cited literature.en
