Variantní optimalizační návrh převodů studentské formule

Abstract

This thesis describes the design of new gears for the second generation of the car Formula Student, which is implemented at the FS Technical University of Ostrava. The introduction describes the various disciplines that are in Formula Student. Furthermore, the theoretical part is an overview of transmission mechanisms used in automobiles and motorcycles. Based on this knowledge, design options, and using specialized software were the proposed new speed ratios. Subsequently conducted calculation geometry newly designed gears. Gears and other structural components such as shafts and bearings were subjected to strength calculations. In the annex is an assembly drawing of new gear box.
