Návrh technologie odběru vzorků pro mechanické zkoušení

Abstract

The diploma thesis describes basic terms in the field of mechanical testing of materials. It explains general principles of mechanical testing, particularly tensile tests and tests of impact strength. The work describes the contemporary technology of taking samples in production. It solves the problem of insufficient effectiveness of current technology by proposing a new one. It compares the current and the new technology on a sample part from both time consumption and economical points of view. The results of using the newly proposed technology for acquiring sample segments from tested parts are shown in the attached tables.
