Motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This thesis dealt with motivation of employees in a selected organization. The selected organisation was bakery Boček. The current motivation was investigated using a questionnaire survey, which included 31 questions. Out of the 111 questionnaires distributed, 52 were returned Evaluation of the survey pointed out communication problems, lack of awareness about employee's benefits, dissatisfaction with work in service, unfair assessment, poor motivation to work. It has been recommended to improve communication between management and employees, posting employee's benefits, job rotation, the introduction of personal assessment, the introduction of motivational program.
