Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with project and design proposal of the slew equipment for the tubes shift in a heating furnace. First part of this bachelor thesis briefly describes the present state of technology in this field of engineering. Next chapters contain a comparison of advantages and disadvantages of currently used technological solutions. In the second chapter the project and design proposal of the slew equipment is processed on the basis of tasks, including the most important calculations. The mostly subjected part is checked by means of Finite Element Method. This bachelor thesis also contains a detailed production drawing of chosen part. Proposed design solution of the slew equipment is processed in attached drawing set.
