The presented bachelor work is concerned with product portfolio analysis of Česká pošta s. p. The aim of the bachelor work is to find products that are the most used and requested by the customer from the entire range of offered products.
The work is divided into theoretical and analytical part. The first chapter is concerned with marketing in general, STEP and SWOT analysis and BCG matrix are characterized in more detail there. In the next chapter the selected company is characterized there. The analysis are practically applied in the analytical part. The obtained results were evaluated in the last chapter followed by recommendations for the company to improve not only its portfolio but also the market position.
