Abstract

This thesis deals with the process of implementing quality management system according to BRC Global Standard. The work examines the possibility of obtaining the BRC Global Standard certification by a company producing plastic food packaging. The theoretical part concentrates on modern quality management systems and analyses BRC Global Standard. The practical part is focused on the company itself, its current state and the BRC Global Standard requirements. The last part of the work suggests the most important changes to be made in order to obtain the BRC Global Standard certificate.
