dc.description.abstract-enAmount of information that are necessary to process in our society is permanently growing. It implies the increasing number of digital documents and attention must be paid to their management and archiving. The paper deals with Content Management Systems, Document Management Systems and Enterprise Content Management. The aim of the paper is to provide a methodical guide for the implementation and innovation of such systems in companies/ organizations and archiving of digital documents. The proposal is based on digital document flow and main criterion for selection of technology is minimization of risks given by components of proposed system.cs
