Abstract

The master thesis is focused on the launch of the new product by using principals of project management applied in Edwards, s.r.o., Lutín. All the necessary steps accompanying the launch of a new vacuum pump in the market will be described step by step. The introduction outlines why the new pump promising meeting of almost all the customer requirements and expectations has been created. The second part of the master thesis deals with the technical aspect of development and the thesis is concluded by economic assessment.
