Analýza spolehlivosti železničních kolejových vozidel

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením spolehlivosti železničních kolejových vozidel řady 362/363. Výchozími údaji jsou data z garančních hlášenek a systému SAP. Dále je proveden odhad parametrů rozdělení distribučních funkcí s pomocí lineární regrese pro skupiny prvků rozdělených podle okruhů určených v systému preventivní údržby. Odhadnuté parametry jsou následně otestovány pomocí Kolmogorov – Smirnovova testu dobré shody. Následně je proveden odhad parametrů LCC během deseti let provozu s ohledem na náklady na korektivní a část preventivní údržby. Na základě zmíněných analýz je navrhnuto opatření pro zvýšení spolehlivosti a snížení nákladů korektivní údržby.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of reliability of railway vehicles of the class 362/363. The default information’s are data from the guarantee reports and from the SAP system. Then, the parameters of division of distribution functions are estimated via linear regression for groups of elements divided according to the areas given in the system of preventative maintenance. The estimated parameters are then tested by Kolmogorov - Smirnov test of goodness of fit. Then, the parameters of LCC during ten years of operation are estimated considering the costs of corrective and preventive maintenance. Based on the above-mentioned analyses, the measure to increase the reliability and to lower the costs of the corrective maintenance is suggested.
