Hodnocení ekonomické výkonnosti společnosti z oblasti strojního průmyslu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením ekonomické výkonnosti společnosti Řetězárna a.s. První část práce se věnuje teoretickému popisu problematiky ekonomické analýzy. Druhá část práce využívá poznatky získané z teoretické části práce, a tyto poznatky aplikuje na společnost Řetězárna a.s. a to v podobě PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti sil, modelu 7 S a finanční analýzy. Poslední část práce se zabývá hodnocením společnosti Řetězárna a.s. pomocí SWOT analýzy, která vznikla sloučením všech použitých metod s následným doporučením ke zlepšení slabých stránek společnosti a hrozeb působících na společnost Řetězárna a.s.

The master's thesis deals with the evaluation of economic performance of the company Řetězárna Ltd. The first part is devoted to the theoretical description of the issues of economic analysis. The second part of the master´s thesis uses the knowledge gained from the theoretical part of the work master´s thesis and applies this knowledge to the company Řetězárna a.s. in the form of PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, 7 S model and financial analysis. The last part of the thesis deals with the evaluation of the company Řetězárna Ltd. using a SWOT analysis, which was created by combining all the methods used with subsequent recommendations to improve the company's weaknesses and threats affecting the company Řetězárna Ltd.
