Projekt na založení malého podniku autoslužeb

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou založení autoservisu. Cílem práce je sestavit podnikatelský plán. V úvodu se zabývám genezí a prvotní úvahou založení podniku. Dále zjišťuji vnitřní a vnější faktory, které mohou založení a následnou existenci podniku ovlivnit. V průběhu tvorby práce se zabývám formulaci podnikatelského plánu. V závěru práce hodnotím rizika a sestavuji finanční plán pro realizaci projektu.

The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of setting up a car service. The aim of the work is to set up a business plan. In the introduction, I deal with the genesis and the initial consideration of the establishment of the enterprise. Next, I find internal and external factors that can influence the foundation and the subsequent existence of an enterprise. During my work I deal with the formulation of the business plan. At the end of my work I evaluate the risks and prepare a financial plan for the implementation of the project.
