Porovnání korozivzdorné oceli a konstrukční oceli z hlediska obrábění

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the differences of machining corrosion resistant and structural steel. The introduction describes machinability, machining and individual types of machining. Another part describes the structural and corrosion-resistant steels and their machinability. In the main part of the thesis is a comparison of cutting conditons used in machining selected types of steel under the same technological process. For the experiment were selected steels S355J2+AR, 1.4404 and 1.4462. Also in the main part is a comparison of the production times of the same piece from different steels. At the end is made economic evaluation for all three types of steels.
