Abstract
The topic of this diploma thesis is the Customer Satisfaction Analysis of the AHOLD Czech Republic, a.s. company, which has a retail network of the Albert supermarkets and hypermarkets in the Czech Republic.
The aim of the thesis is to find out customer satisfaction for the purpose of changing the company strategy. The Customer Satisfaction Analysis was carried out by a quantitative technique of a personal interview.
In the thesis, there is theoretically described a strategy, customer, customer satisfaction, marketing research and marketing research methods. In other chapters, there is the company introduced, described methodology of work and carried out the analysis of customer satisfaction of this chosen company.
The final part contains an evaluation of the analysis, suggestions and recommendations.
