Abstract
The bachelor´s work is concerned with the analysis of the relationship of selected company, which provides the services, to its customers. The psychological resources are the principle. They are applied to the relationship´s interaction with the customers. The proposal and recommendations resulting from the checklists offer the improvement for the company.
