Abstract
The diploma thesis treats the problem of chage of rules, which are used in field of hazardous chemical substances. At first are in detail shown changes, which were made in ADR agreement 2009 and rewieved implementation of categorization of road tunnels in the Czech Republic and in abroad. The legislative requirements for classification of hazardous substances in accordance with ADR agreement, czech laws and CLP regulation are explained further. A part of the thesis is also dedicated to the overwiev of variance in marking of chosen chemical substances.
