| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce řeší problematiku změny předpisů, které jsou používány v oblasti nebezpečných chemických látek. V úvodních částech jsou detailně rozebrány provedené změny v dohodě ADR z roku 2009 a zhodnoceno provedení kategorizace českých i zahraničních silničních tunelů. Dále jsou uvedeny legislativní požadavky na klasifikaci nebezpečných látek dle dohody ADR, českých právních předpisů i nařízení CLP. Pozornost je rovněž věnována přehledu rozdílnosti značení vybraných chemických látek. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The diploma thesis treats the problem of chage of rules, which are used in field of hazardous chemical substances. At first are in detail shown changes, which were made in ADR agreement 2009 and rewieved implementation of categorization of road tunnels in the Czech Republic and in abroad. The legislative requirements for classification of hazardous substances in accordance with ADR agreement, czech laws and CLP regulation are explained further. A part of the thesis is also dedicated to the overwiev of variance in marking of chosen chemical substances. | en |
