Abstract

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to carry out an assessment of the process employee selection and adaptation process of the employees in the company of KES – kabelové a elektrické systémy, spol. s r.o., drawing attention to its shortcomings and gaps, and to submit proposals and recommendations that could lead to improvements in this process. The bachelor thesis includes a theoretical part and a practical part. The first part is focused on the theoretical resources that are derived from Czech and foreign literature. The following chapter provides basic information about the company, its history, development and information relating to the staff and human resources. The practical part focuses on an analysis of employee selection and adaptation process in the selected organization. To obtain information were used questionnaires and interview with HR manager of the company. On the basis of the information obtained was an assessment process and create proposals and recommendations for its improvement. The conclusion includes a summary of the Bachelor's thesis.
