Proces výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je provést posouzení procesu výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve společnosti KES – kabelové a elektrické systémy, spol. s r.o., upozornit na jeho nedostatky a mezery a podat návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly vést k zlepšení tohoto procesu. Bakalářská práce zahrnuje teoretickou část a praktickou část. První část je zaměřená na teoretická východiska, která jsou čerpána z české a zahraniční odborné literatury. Následující kapitola obsahuje základní údaje o společnosti, její historii, vývoj a informace týkající se zaměstnanců a personálního oddělení. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu procesu výběru a adaptace ve vybrané organizaci. Pro získání informací byly využity dotazníky a rozhovor s personální manažerkou organizace. Na základě získaných informací bylo provedeno zhodnocení procesu a vytvořily se návrhy a doporučení pro jeho zlepšení. Závěr zahrnuje celkové shrnutí bakalářské práce.

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to carry out an assessment of the process employee selection and adaptation process of the employees in the company of KES – kabelové a elektrické systémy, spol. s r.o., drawing attention to its shortcomings and gaps, and to submit proposals and recommendations that could lead to improvements in this process. The bachelor thesis includes a theoretical part and a practical part. The first part is focused on the theoretical resources that are derived from Czech and foreign literature. The following chapter provides basic information about the company, its history, development and information relating to the staff and human resources. The practical part focuses on an analysis of employee selection and adaptation process in the selected organization. To obtain information were used questionnaires and interview with HR manager of the company. On the basis of the information obtained was an assessment process and create proposals and recommendations for its improvement. The conclusion includes a summary of the Bachelor's thesis.
