Dopad pandemie Covid-19 na pracovněprávní vztahy v podniku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on employment relations in choosen company. The aim of this work is to analyze the field of employment relations in industrial company in the time of pandemic crisis and compare the situation while and after the pandemic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on research of source of knowledge in the field of employmenr relations. The practical part is focused on analyze of current situation in the company. The evulation of this work was made by comparing the theory and practice.
