Návrh pohonu Tugger winch

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on proposal of Tugger Winch drive, which serves to eliminate the swinging and excessive fluctuations of suspended load, for the company Huisman konstrukce, s. r. o. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first part describes ship cranes and their basic division. The second part focuses on the winch mechanismus and detailed description of the different function winch types. The third chapter is followed by a short company describtion. The fourth part contains the custom design of the electric winch drive, including a proposal of gearboxes, brakes, electric motor and drum. The solution is detailed elaboration in this work, recalculated and supported by relevant technical documentation, which contains an assembly drawing of winch, detailed manufacturing drawing of drum and welding drawing of the drum. The last part deals with the MKP analysis of the frame.
