Abstract

Bc. SITEK, Symeon Denis. Wheel Design of a Modular Agricultural Robot. Ostrava, 2023. Diploma thesis. VSB – Technical University of Ostrava. Thesis supervisor: Dr. Ing. Jaroslav Melecký. The diploma thesis focuses on the structural wheel design of the a modular agricultural robot. In the diploma thesis, the concept of agrorobotics is briefly explained, a search for the types of wheels used by agricultural robots is processed, possible variants of the solution are processed and evaluated in the morphological matrix and the of the most suitable variant is further processed. Furthermore, the design of the individual components of the traction drive and turning of the wheel, including its specifications, is carried out. It is a wheel, a traction motor, a belt transmission, a planetary traction gearbox, a turning motor, a planetary turning gearbox, a bearing turn, including a gear. In the next part the design of the supporting frame weldment, connecting the designed components of the drives, including the FEA analysis, and also the design of the belt transmission tensioning is performed. In the final part, there is a description of the testing of the designed wheel, the evaluation of the tests and possible modifications.
