Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employee benefits of a selected company. The aim was to evaluate the employee benefits of the selected employer. Firstly, employee benefits are defined in legal, accounting and tax terms in the second chapter. In the third chapter, the summary of employee benefits offered by the selected employer was introduced by an analysis of the collective agreement. The evaluation of employee benefits was covered by the fourth chapter, where a survey was used. The survey was answered by 30 respondents from the selected company and 69 respondents from the general schema_dspacedb. The result of the survey at the selected company is that a company has an elaborate system of employee benefits, and that employees are satisfied with the benefits offered and their motivational nature. Moreover, the importance of employee benefits for a potential employee when deciding between multiple job offers is shown.
