Abstract

The objective of the master thesis was to propose measures, based on theoretical knowledge and status quo analysis, which could lead to improve process efficiency of employee recruitment and selection in FITE, a.s. The content of the master thesis is composed of two parts. First part contains basic theoretical knowledge of human resource management, especially procedures, methods and ways of employee recruitment and selection. Second, practical, part is consisting of three sub-chapters. History and business object of FITE, a.s. is introduced in first sub-chapter, its. In next sub-chapter are described current sources of employee recruitment, methods of employee selection and written survey results at FITE, a.s. This part is important for developing of last sub-chapter, respectively for proposals and recommendations, which should lead to improve the whole employee recruitment and selection process.
