Koncepce uspořádání pracovní plochy hangáru letecké údržbové organizace

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the concept of layout of the work area of an aircraft maintenance organization hangar. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of an aircraft maintenance organization and methods for organizing and arranging work areas. The practical part analyses the current state of the work area. A spaghetti diagram will be used to illustrate the routes of selected activities to the work area. Subsequently, an ideal state of each activity will be developed, which will serve as a basis for the proposed new layout that will be recommended to the maintenance organization. At the end of the thesis, both graphic and quantitative comparisons of the distances of the individual activities between the current, ideal and proposed state are made.
