Abstract

This thesis is focused on the financial management of an allowance organization performin as primary school. The aim of this analysis is to find out the current financial situation of a corporation, in this case primary school, using appropriate economic indicators and also to suggest recommendations leading to better financial position in future. The solution results from two assumptions. “The allowance organization manages its assets in given period of time as efficient as possible.” That means cost minimization of inputs and school activities matching with its quality. Second one: “The allowance company manages its assets in given period of time with plus or zero economic outcome.” In my dissertation I am using description method, synthesis and system analysis. The theoretical part of this thesis is devoting to primary school management, its authorities, the legal subsumption of school facilities and primary school economy policy. In practical part of this document the basic data of selected institution are introduced first, followed by financial management analysis which is based on economy outputs review. Finally I recommend the solutions leading to financial position improvement in future.
