Procesní porovnání odtahů disperzních výměníků a návrh nového technického řešení

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the problem of the exhaust pipe of the dispersion heat exchangers of IKN Czech s.r.o., mainly from the process point of view. The thesis briefly describes the clinker furnace line with a focus on the dispersion heat exchanger, especially its components. One of the components is the extraction machinery that removes the process gases from the system. Models are made of selected existing extraction equipment and a new type of this equipment is proposed. CFD simulations are performed on the mentioned equipment, focusing on the process characteristics of the equipment. In the last section, these devices are compared and evaluated.
