Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to propose business strategy for a hotel. The theoretical part describes basic concepts, approaches to strategy formation and analysis of external and internal business environment. The practical part is devoted to the application of methods for evaluate business environment and financial situation of the hotel. At the end of the thesis, specific recommendations and suggestions of business strategy.
