Podnikatelská strategie hotelu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout vhodnou podnikatelskou strategii hotelu. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, přístupy k tvorbě strategie a jednotlivé analýzy externího a interního prostředí. Praktická část je věnována aplikaci metod ke zhodnocení prostředí podniku a jeho finanční situace. V závěru práce jsou poskytnuty konkrétní doporučení a návrhy podnikatelské strategie.

The aim of the thesis is to propose business strategy for a hotel. The theoretical part describes basic concepts, approaches to strategy formation and analysis of external and internal business environment. The practical part is devoted to the application of methods for evaluate business environment and financial situation of the hotel. At the end of the thesis, specific recommendations and suggestions of business strategy.
