Abstract

The bachelor work analyses consumers satisfaction with mobile operator. The main mobile operator, which I chose is T-mobile. This operator confront with other competitors. Principal aim is analyse consumers satisfaction or dissatisfaction with services mobile operator and subseqently propous recommendation on enhancement satisfaction.
