Abstract

Graduation theses is concerned with study of suitable enamel suspension which creates acceptable bio-active conditions supporting cultivation of dab cell culture after striking on basic material and subsequent burn. This work also demonstrates that the direction of research of glass-ceramic coatings on bio inert materials is correct. For the purpose not only to maintain on the surface, but also to proliferate the cell cultures, is the glass-ceramics material with the great potential.
