Abstract
The thesis was solved influence of cutting edge radius on the dynamic system load. This experiment was carried out in longitudinal turning of aluminum alloy on a CNC lathe. Dynamic load was measured using a triaxial dynamometer and other accessories. The aim of the thesis was to find a possible relation between the curvature of the cutting edge, progressive blunting and changing the cutting parameters for each component and the resulting cutting force that accompanies the cutting process. Familiarization with the measurement of these forces, the problems of machining of aluminum and aluminum alloys, the cutting parameters and selecting the appropriate geometry.
