Návrh robotizovaného pracoviště pro svařování rozměrných svařenců

Abstract

This Bachelor’s thesis is interested in a robotized workplace and deals with the selection of an appropriate welding machine including required peripheries and its workplace layout. Based on a research of contemporary solutions two variants of the workplace layout were proposed. The proposed peripheries are accompanied with a basic description and a table of parameters. The thesis also includes a description regarding the manipulation with raw metals as well as finished, welded products. A blueprint of the workplace layout and its placement within a manufacturing plant is included as an appendix of this work.
