Abstract

My thesis focuses on the quality management system in terms of an engineering company, engaged in the manufacture of steel structures. Master thesis specifies the duties, powers and responsibilities of employees affecting the quality of the product. In this thesis is described the current state of quality management and metrology in the manufacturing process. Further master thesis describes and documents the rules by which they are managed and the organization's processes and procedures. The result of this work is a document that describes the system of quality management. It continues the policy of quality and is the basic organizational documents, which collectively provides information about the server processes ensuring a quality management system.
