Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the process of effective and attractive onboarding of new employees at Continental Barum s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to map and describe this process, analyze employee satisfaction with the first day at work, and propose changes to enhance its efficiency and attractiveness. The thesis includes research conducted through a survey among new employees. The results of the survey reveal areas of dissatisfaction with the first day and lead to the formulation of specific recommendations that could lead to the improvement of this process.
