Abstract

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je navrhnúť stratégiu konkrétnej prevádzky pomocou vhodne zvolených analýz. V teoretickej časti sú popísané teoretické východiská pre tvorbu, implementáciu a kontrolu stratégie. Pri analýze súčasného stavu sú uplatnené teoretické poznatky na konkrétnu skúmanú prevádzku. Pre väčšiu vypovedaciu schopnosť bolo použité obdobie rokov 2007 – 2009. Úlohou kapitoly návrhov je na základe výsledkov zvolených analýz navrhnúť stratégiu, ktorá by mohla pomôcť prevádzke pri jej ďalšej činnosti.

The goal of this bachelor work ist to propose a strategy for a particular operation with a suitably chosen analysis. The theoretical part describes the theoretical basis for the development, implementation and control strategies. In analyzing the current state of theoretical knowledge is applied to a specific operation under consideration. For more meaningful was used for period 2007 - 2009. The task of heading the proposals is chosen based on the results of analysis suggest a strategy that could help in its next operating activities.
