Abstract
The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a design of a vibrating dewatering separator for sand with a capacity of 170 t/h for the fraction 0-1 mm and 250 t/h for the fraction 0-4 mm. The introductory chapter of this work includes a basic division of separators and a brief description of the main parts of the dewatering separator. The second chapter deals with the design and calculation of operating parameters of the separator. The next part is then devoted to a detailed description of the proposed structure, deformation stress analysis of the central beam and supporting frame, the design of the directional vibration exciter and the placement of the machine sorter on the steel structure. The remaining chapters contain assembly instructions for the machine and a brief search of OT solutions for different types of materials. Part of the diploma thesis is the required drawing documentation.
