Zvýšení efektivity stávajícího výrobního procesu

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of increasing the efficiency of existing production process of company Hagemann a.s. and whose production program are the production of bodies for commercial vehicles. The main goal of this work is to analyze the current production process of platform bodies and propose possible improvements. The theoretical part deals with the methods to rationalization of the production process and the practical part, characteristic of a current state analysis. In the final part of the thesis is evaluated the proposed improvement process.
